Shop Rules
- You must be 18 and have a photo ID to get a tattoo. For piercings, if you are under the age of 18 you must have a parent or legal guardian with you. You will also need legal documentation such as a birth certificate showing that the adult accompanying you is your guardian.
- No food allowed inside
- No alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs are allowed anywhere on the property (this includes the parking lot!)
- If you have small children with you and you have no other option but to bring them in with you, please do not let them wander free. Do not let them touch, pillage, plunder, or handle furnishings, objects, books, or magazines. Do not give them any form of food or drink. Do not let them walk into the artists’ booths. Do not allow them to be loud or obnoxious. Do not let them go to the restroom alone. We actually have a written child policy that you must read and sign if you plan on having a child or children with you during your visit. It is posted on this site. Please take a moment and read it and understand it completely. To do so CLICK HERE.
- Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside. You may step out front to smoke or vape, and please discard your cigarette butts in the butt-bucket by the door, not on the ground, pavement or concrete!
- AND A SIDE NOTE – We are strong supporters of the 2nd Amendment. We exercise our right to own and bear arms every day. We carry our weapons on us at all times, even while we are here and tattooing. We invite our customers to do the same as long as they are legal in doing so and keep weapons holstered at all times. If this makes anyone nervous or uncomfortable in any way, let us assure you that we have no intention of harming anyone that doesn’t intend on harming us first. We do not unholster our weapons without good reason, and it certainly ain’t gonna jump up and shoot you on its own. So just relax and take comfort in the fact that YOU will also be defended if a situation were to arise while you’re here.
