Additional Information

PROCEDURE AND REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL CLIENTS RECEIVING SERVICES DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC

1. For the time being, we will be operating by appointment only, so please be patient, and we will try our best to accommodate everyone in the best, most timely way possible. It may or may not be possible to get a “same-day” appointment, depending on our schedules. Any exception to the appointment requirement will be on a case by case basis, will depend on circumstances, and will be strictly up to the artists.

2. In order to set an appointment for a consultation or a tattoo/piercing procedure, you must first call in for a pre-screening. When the pre-screening is complete, we will determine how soon we can set an appointment for you based on your answers to the pre-screening questions.

3. When you come for your appointment...

-- you are NOT allowed to bring anyone with you who is not actually getting work done (no tag-alongs). THIS INCLUDES YOUR CHILDREN. NO CHILDREN WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE WITH YOU!! The only exception to this rule is if your child is the one getting the procedure, such as ear piercings.

-- you will be required to wear a mask while inside the shop, as will the staff members, so be sure to bring one with you (we will NOT be providing masks). No mask?... No tattoo, no piercing.

-- upon entering the shop, you will be required to go straight to the restroom and properly wash your hands and fore-arms for at least 30 seconds. Be aware that we will watch you do this and possibly tell you how to do this properly if we see that you are not being effective in your hand-washing technique.

-- you will not be able to sit on the furniture in any of the waiting areas (we have it taped off), and we need you to keep your hands, body parts, clothing and any personal belongings to yourself as much as possible. If it’s not absolutely necessary for you to touch it, then please don’t. Please only bring ID, Cash for tattoo and cell phone into shop! Cell phones must be kept on your person at all times.   Because you have an appointment, your waiting-time should be minimal, probably just a few minutes while we set up for your procedure. If we see that your procedure is going to be delayed for some reason, we will try to contact you ahead of time and shift your appointment time accordingly. In the case that you are already at the shop and your procedure gets delayed significantly, you may be kindly asked to wait outside, or in your car if you’d prefer, and we will come out and get you when it’s time. In a worse case, we could possibly reschedule your appointment for another day/time. -- you will be expected to practice social distancing... that is, to keep at least 6 feet apart from anyone other than your specific tattoo artist or piercer for the duration of the visit.

Please understand that these requirements are being implemented in an effort not only to keep our staff safe and healthy, but also to keep you and all our clients safe and healthy as well. We are aware that these things aren’t convenient, to say the least, and can be down right annoying and unpleasant. We ask you to keep in mind that what we do requires us to be in direct physical contact with our clients, which means the risk of viral spread, should it be present, is pretty high. Therefore, we MUST take every precaution to try to keep it out of the shop, and also try to prevent spread from anyone who may be carrying it without knowing. Thanks for your help in keeping our shop safe!!
